Before the Covington office copies a title, it looks to see whether the title is on the screen. If it is, the office copies it character for character and writes the reading date. If it is not, the office writes absent. The copy is not written ahead as an acceptance or a refusal by a store. Install totals and revenue do not appear in this note.
